POSTS Are your BLOG type creations. You can mix text, photos, and videos.
PAGES Are used to create menu buttons, indexes, articles you link to, or info pages. Pages you do not want to appear in your Blog area Posting. On a PAGE you can mix text, photos, and videos.
Found in the DASHBOARD. You can select either POSTS or PAGES. to view a list of them you created, or add new ones. You can also get to Edit and Delete from these lists.
