This photo was taken during sunset at Logan State Park Campground, Montana. Looking west. This was during very smokey conditions, from nearby forest fires.
The setting sun was akin to a moon, with the dim light and odd color. It inspired the poem while sitting at a picnic table, just taking it all in.
