Often you will wish to Block or Blacklist spammers or those posting undesirable comments. You can block or blacklist by IP address, Name, words, etc.
DASHBOARD>SETTING>DISCUSSION
Once on the page find the Comment Blacklist section and start adding IP addresses etc.
Be sure to SAVE
